As a B2B Sales Manager at Burga, you will be pivotal in driving our global expansion and building strategic partnerships. You'll identify high-potential markets, convert leads into long-term clients, and open new doors across wholesale and corporate sales channels. Your role involves crafting bold sales strategies, representing the brand in key discussions, and collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless partner experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market analyses and research for new B2B clients, managing the entire process from client acquisition to establishing long-term partnerships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our brand's vision of turning ordinary into extraordinary through style statement accessories.
• Represent Burga in key discussions and negotiations with potential partners, ensuring a strong presence and positive image.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for all partners.
• Focused on expanding our drinkware product line into new markets, retailers, and distributors.

What You Bring

• Strong B2B sales experience in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Fluency in German and proficiency in English is essential.
• A proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for style and a keen understanding of the latest trends in fashion and lifestyle accessories.
