About the Role
The General Sales Manager is a key member of our executive leadership team at Cogentanalytics. This role drives revenue growth and oversees daily sales operations for automotive, residential, and commercial film services. The manager also handles customer relations, manages Accounting and Human Resources functions, leads the sales team, and ensures high customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth: Set sales targets, manage the sales pipeline, and close high-value business-to-business and consumer deals for automotive, residential, and commercial film services.
Customer Education & Consultations: Assist walk-in customers and inbound callers by educating them on the benefits of tint films, heat rejection, and ceramic coatings.
Team Management: Hire, train, and mentor a team of inside Customer Service Advisors (CSAs).
Estimate Management: Oversee Flat-Glass operations including on-site estimates for residential and commercial flat-glass projects and the generation of accurate quotes.
Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate with CSAs and the Operations team to schedule installations, manage shop capacity, and optimize workflow. Develop local marketing strategies, manage social media inquiries, and leverage customer reviews to drive local business.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and revenue growth within the automotive or home services industry. Strong communication skills are essential for both internal team management and external client interactions. Experience with digital pre-installation inspection forms, liability waivers, OSHA compliance, and facility safety is preferred.
