The Opportunity

This full-time Sales Representative opening near Gadsden places you in a structured, goal-oriented setting where rapid personal growth is the focus. You will build lasting resilience and sales fundamentals while receiving organized training plus continuous coaching that helps you apply insights right away. The role supports steady performance and quick advancement paths inside a collaborative group dedicated to your progress. Compensation ranges from $13.25 to $14.15 per hour with monthly bonus potential. Alabama Title Loans, Inc also provides majority company-paid health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k program, company-paid life and disability insurance, two weeks of paid vacation, six paid holidays, two PTO days, and five sick days. Team members work a 40-hour schedule Monday through Saturday covering branch hours of Monday–Friday 10 a.m.–6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.–1 p.m., with every Sunday free.

Core Duties

• Meet customers face-to-face and by phone for both incoming and outgoing dialogues that uncover individual needs
• Pose clear, direct questions and keep discussions progressing even when uncertainty or pushback appears
• Walk clients through choices that involve money while remaining engaged during sensitive moments
• Stay upbeat and constructive when hearing hesitation or rejection instead of ending the exchange early
• Incorporate real-time coaching feedback to refine technique and maintain consistent results in a metrics-focused rollout

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to complete a full 40-hour week that includes Saturdays
• Satisfactory results on all pre-employment screenings
• Dependable personal transportation together with a current driver’s license
• Prior customer-service, sales, or collections background preferred
• Comfort speaking with people both by telephone and in person
• Clear communication skills plus the capacity to absorb coaching and adapt quickly
• English-Spanish bilingual ability considered an advantage
