The Opportunity

Wolseley is seeking a Finance Operations Coordinator to manage the financial operations and administrative support for our Marketing division. In this role, you'll bridge the marketing and finance teams, ensuring smooth coordination of budgets, expenses, and reporting. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for marketing-related activities
• Monitor and reconcile marketing department budgets against actual expenditures
• Maintain complete and accurate financial records and documentation for marketing projects and campaigns
• Prepare regular financial reports and performance summaries for marketing leadership
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate payment schedules with external service providers
• Support marketing team members with financial planning and budget analysis for new initiatives
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements
