What You'll Do

• Lead, develop, and motivate a dedicated branch team to achieve common goals
• Drive branch sales performance and work toward revenue targets
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and supply chain operations
• Build and maintain strong customer partnerships and develop new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Manage branch budgets, control expenses, and optimize operational efficiency
• Execute local strategies to strengthen our market presence and brand reputation

What We're Looking For

• Experience in branch management, operations, or similar leadership positions
• Demonstrated success driving sales and motivating teams to perform
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort with systems, data, and analytics for decision-making
• Background in building materials, distribution, or related industries valued
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven culture
• Valid driver's license and flexibility for local travel
