Principal Specialist – Sales Operations

Woodmac is hiring a Principal Specialist - Sales Operations to lead sales enablement and drive operational excellence across multiple locations. In this full-time position, you'll partner with senior leadership to optimize sales processes, systems, and team performance.

About the Role

As Principal Specialist - Sales Operations at Woodmac, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for designing and managing the sales operations infrastructure that fuels commercial success. This role bridges business strategy and execution, ensuring sales teams have the systems, data, and processes they need to maximize performance. You'll work across functions to implement best practices, drive process improvement, and enable the organization to achieve its revenue objectives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee sales processes, methodologies, and tools that enhance team productivity and forecast accuracy
• Manage CRM platforms and sales data systems, ensuring clean data, system optimization, and real-time reporting capabilities
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards, analytics, and performance metrics that guide sales strategy and decision-making
• Spearhead sales enablement programs, including training, resource libraries, and process documentation
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with finance, marketing, and operations to align sales execution with organizational goals
• Conduct regular sales process assessments and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement
• Support territory planning, compensation analysis, and resource optimization for sales leadership
