- Build and maintain KPI dashboards, analytics, and performance metrics that guide sales strategy and decision-making
- Spearhead sales enablement programs, including training, resource libraries, and process documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with finance, marketing, and operations to align sales execution with organizational goals
- Conduct regular sales process assessments and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement
- Support territory planning, compensation analysis, and resource optimization for sales leadership
