About This Position

This Manager, Vendor Marketing role is a full-time, 16-month contract opportunity with Wolseley in Burlington. You'll take ownership of vendor marketing strategy, building and nurturing partnerships that amplify our reach and drive mutual success. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll bridge vendor needs with company objectives, creating cohesive marketing solutions across our distribution network.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute vendor marketing programs that align with annual business goals and brand strategy
• Coordinate with sales, product, and communications teams to develop co-marketing campaigns and vendor enablement materials
• Manage vendor performance tracking, relationship building, and quarterly business reviews
• Create marketing collateral, training resources, and digital assets tailored to channel partners
• Monitor campaign metrics, analyze program effectiveness, and present insights to leadership
• Serve as the primary liaison for vendor support, resolving challenges and maximizing program participation

Who We're Looking For

• Background in vendor marketing, channel marketing, or marketing management
• Proven track record collaborating with distribution partners or channel networks
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Proficiency with marketing platforms, CRM software, and performance analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline preferred
• Comfort working in a team environment across multiple locations and time zones
