Role Overview

As a Consulting Associate Director specializing in Audit Methodology, you'll lead efforts to establish, refine, and communicate audit standards and best practices across our organization. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic thinking with deep technical expertise in audit processes, risk assessment frameworks, and internal control methodologies. You'll work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure audit standards are embedded throughout our consulting engagements and deliver measurable value.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain audit methodology frameworks and standards that guide our consulting practice
• Provide subject matter expertise on audit approaches, risk assessment, and control design to consulting teams
• Lead methodology initiatives and process improvement projects to enhance audit quality and operational efficiency
• Mentor and guide consulting professionals in the application of audit methodology and industry best practices
• Evaluate emerging audit trends, evolving regulations, and industry developments to keep methodologies current
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of audit standards across engagements

What We're Looking For

• Advanced expertise in audit methodology, internal control frameworks, and risk assessment approaches
• Proven leadership experience in a consulting, audit, or professional services environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to auditing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and mentor teams effectively
• Demonstrated experience designing or improving audit processes and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field; professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or equivalent preferred
