The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst specializing in Audit & Compliance to take on a central role in our audit operations. In this position, you'll apply your analytical expertise to design and implement robust compliance controls, conduct risk assessments, and ensure the organization meets all regulatory requirements. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, document control frameworks, and build scalable solutions that enhance our audit capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit and compliance projects from initiation through execution, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
• Design and evaluate internal controls and compliance frameworks to mitigate organizational risk
• Conduct compliance assessments and gap analyses against regulatory and internal standards
• Develop and maintain comprehensive audit documentation, work papers, and process maps
• Collaborate with departments across the organization to remediate compliance findings and control deficiencies
• Support the preparation of audit reports and management communications
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of control weakness or opportunity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in audit, compliance, risk management, or internal controls
• Strong understanding of audit methodologies, regulatory frameworks, and compliance best practices
• Proficiency with audit and risk management software platforms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification (CIA, CPA, CISA, or equivalent) is preferred
