Lead Technology Product Manager

Join WK as a Lead Technology Product Manager based in Coppell, Texas, in a full-time position where you'll drive the strategic direction and execution of our technology product initiatives.

The Opportunity

This is a leadership role designed for an experienced product professional ready to own the end-to-end strategy, development, and delivery of technology-driven products. You'll work at the intersection of technology strategy, customer needs, and business objectives, setting vision and driving execution across cross-functional teams. Your decisions will directly impact product roadmap prioritization, technology choices, and how we deliver value to our customers from our Coppell headquarters.

Core Duties

• Define and communicate clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, operations, and business teams
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and market insights to inform product decisions
• Own product requirements, technical feasibility assessment, and delivery timelines
• Drive product launches, measure success through key performance indicators, and iterate based on data
• Mentor and develop junior product team members
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that meet current and future organizational needs

What You Bring

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or senior product role
• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy in technology-driven environments
• Strong technical literacy and comfort working with engineering teams; deep technical background preferred
• Track record of delivering products on time and on budget from conception to market
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Customer-centric mindset with experience conducting research and validating assumptions
• Analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and metrics
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
