LB Capital is hiring an SEO & Content Strategist B2B Growth for our Center Square, Montgomery County office to lead organic search growth and B2B lead generation through strategic content and SEO execution. In this full-time role, you'll drive measurable results through data-driven strategy and own organic visibility across our digital properties.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with B2B growth objectives
• Create, optimize, and manage high-quality content designed to drive organic search traffic and qualified leads
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to identify growth opportunities
• Optimize on-page and technical SEO elements across digital properties
• Track, analyze, and report on organic search performance and content engagement metrics
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content strategy with business goals
• Stay current with search algorithm updates and SEO best practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in SEO strategy and B2B digital marketing
• Strong content writing and editing skills with ability to create compelling copy
• Proficiency with SEO tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
• Deep understanding of search engine optimization fundamentals and best practices
