About This Position

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home to ensure high standards of care are maintained.

• Manage budgets and financial aspects related to the nursing home’s operation.

Requirements

• Nurse-qualified Registered Manager with relevant experience in a similar role.
• A strong understanding of regulatory requirements for nursing homes.
• Excellent leadership and management skills to guide staff effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• The ability to manage budgets and financial aspects related to the nursing home’s operation.
