As a key player in driving measurable pipeline across our global enterprise accounts, you will design, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns that accelerate revenue. This role is pivotal in bridging strategy with execution, ensuring seamless campaign activation from brief to reporting.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end growth campaigns, aligning product marketing positioning and content strategy across various channels and regions.
• Create compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience, driving demand and accelerating revenue.
• Optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights and continuous testing to ensure maximum impact.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales, and customer success to align efforts and achieve shared goals.
• Report on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights for future optimizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of data-driven marketing principles, including A/B testing, analytics, and reporting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Experience in working within a fast-paced, global environment, collaborating effectively across teams.
