About the Role
Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Campaigns Manager to develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition. You'll own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from strategy and planning through execution, optimization, and measurement—working closely with product, sales, and creative teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, content, events) that target qualified prospects and support revenue goals
- Develop campaign strategies, messaging, and creative briefs aligned with go-to-market initiatives and business priorities
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resource allocation; track spending and optimize for ROI
- Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools; identify trends, measure KPIs, and report actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales enablement, and creative teams to refine positioning, messaging, and targeting
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and continuous iteration
- Support lead nurturing programs and customer lifecycle initiatives that drive conversion and retention
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign management
- Demonstrated success planning, launching, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
- Experience with campaign management and project coordination; excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Solid understanding of the customer journey and B2B marketing best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to partner effectively across functions
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
