What This Role Involves
The Growth Director will lead consultative sales of marketing technology to enterprise brands in the Southeast Asia region. Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and driving expansion within existing and new client relationships across SEA.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, initial contact, proposal development, and closing deals.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding and maintaining relationships with current clients while acquiring new ones in the enterprise market.
- Collaborate closely with a global team of media, data, analytics, and growth experts to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Report directly to the MD APAC and contribute to strategic planning for the region.

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the martech industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through consultative selling techniques.
- Strong understanding of enterprise marketing technology solutions and their application in various industries.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
