The Opportunity
Anchorage Digital is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel with a builder’s mindset to join our Trading Solutions team. You will be embedded directly from product discovery through launch, providing strategic legal support for new products and features aimed at the institutional market.
What You'll Do
- Provide legal counsel during product development and implementation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to contribute to the design, testing, and launch of new products and features.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including product managers, engineers, and sales teams to understand their needs and provide timely legal support.
- Conduct due diligence on third-party vendors and service providers as needed.
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in the United States.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal roles, preferably with a focus on fintech or digital asset platforms.
- Experience working with institutional clients and understanding their needs is preferred.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
