Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Solutions Architect with a focus on integrating Customer Data Platforms and marketing automation tools. As an integral part of our rapidly expanding Marketing Services division, you will provide expert consultation across various clients, directly influencing the technical outcome of their tech stack.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement MarTech solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
- Integrate Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation tools to optimize customer experiences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and strategy departments.
- Provide technical expertise in the selection and implementation of MarTech and AdTech solutions.
- Influence the overall tech stack architecture for our clients, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role within the MarTech or AdTech industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in integrating CDPs and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of cross-channel content strategy, creation, and distribution (email, paid social, push, SMS).
- Aptitude for working in a hybrid/remote environment with flexible hours that align to ET or PT time zones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple teams and clients.
