About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to assist enterprise customers in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex payment solutions on our IXOPAY platform. This customer-facing role requires you to leverage your deep technical expertise and payments industry knowledge to architect scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that enhance merchants' payment performance and drive business growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand their technical requirements, business objectives, and payment strategies.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient solution architectures that integrate seamlessly with customer environments and existing payment ecosystems.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Experience, Product, Engineering teams, and enterprise customers throughout the customer lifecycle—from solution design through implementation and long-term optimization.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in solutions architecture or a related field, with at least 5 years in payments industry.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing complex payment solutions for enterprise customers.
- Strong technical expertise in payment processing, security protocols, and payment ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
