Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Guide pre-sales technical discovery and produce deployment architectures that fit each enterprise environment
• Specify tenant layouts and plugin activation approaches that match client workflows
• Map integration requirements across CCaaS platforms, CRM systems and SIP telephony stacks
• Deliver confident live product presentations that move opportunities to closed business
• Carry customer feedback into Product and Engineering so improvements stay grounded in real usage
• Protect and achieve the launch dates you agree with each account

Skills & Qualifications

• Eight or more years performing solutions architecture or sales engineering work inside contact centres, CCaaS offerings or enterprise SaaS environments
• Capacity to sketch complete integration designs on a whiteboard and sustain technical credibility in conversations with CTOs and senior engineers alike
• Deep command of CCaaS, CTI, SIP, RTP and common CRM landscapes
• Working fluency with current AI technologies such as large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge graphs, agents, transcription and translation services, enough to address architecture and data-security questions directly
• Hands-on experience taking enterprise customers live while navigating network issues, security reviews and procurement steps
• Ability to configure tenants, read API payloads and isolate integration faults in real time
• Clear understanding of event-driven architectures so custom work can be scoped accurately as configuration, connector or new feature
• Practice of capturing each go-live into reusable playbooks that make later deployments faster
• Comfort participating in InfoSec discussions that cover SOC 2, data residency, PII handling, redaction and AI data-use policies
• Knowledge of the competitive CCaaS and agent-assist market sufficient to design around existing installations
• Discipline to define proof-of-concept efforts with measurable success criteria and firm end dates that convert into production contracts
• Self-directed approach, daily use of AI tools to raise personal velocity, rapid absorption of platform changes, ownership of intermediate challenges and skill translating business goals into engineering requirements or platform strengths into commercial value
