About This Position

Anchorage Digital is building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. As a member of our dynamic Legal team, you will serve as the firm's primary subject matter expert on CFTC and NFA firm-level licensing, guiding the business through the end-to-end regulatory process.

Your Responsibilities

• Guide the business through the CFTC and NFA firm-level licensing processes
• Provide legal advice and support to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures related to regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate regulatory risks
• Stay up-to-date on regulatory developments and provide guidance as needed

What You Bring

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the legal field, specifically in CFTC and NFA firm-level licensing
• Strong understanding of U.S. financial regulations related to digital assets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
