About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our India (nationwide) (nationwide) Contracts Solutions team. The role involves managing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and providing support for contract negotiations and reviews.

What You'll Do

• Review and draft contracts in line with company policies and legal requirements
• Conduct thorough contract analysis to identify potential risks and issues
• Support negotiation processes by preparing and presenting key points for discussion
• Maintain accurate records of all contractual agreements and ensure timely updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless contract management across the organization

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
• Experience with contract management software a plus
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in contracts or legal support roles
