The Director of Growth Strategy at Darkroom will lead the development and execution of innovative growth strategies for our clients. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving measurable results through strategic planning, market analysis, and data-driven insights.

What You'll Do

Leverage Shadow AI to analyze market trends and customer behaviors to inform growth strategies.
Develop and implement comprehensive growth plans that align with client objectives and business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our growth methodologies.

Requirements

Proven experience in growth strategy, preferably within the technology or marketing sectors.
A deep understanding of AI and its applications in growth marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights.
