EY seeks an experienced Senior Director to lead strategy and execution initiatives within our Health sector practice. This full-time role is based in our Old Sixth Ward, Houston office and offers the opportunity to drive transformational corporate and growth strategy programs for leading healthcare organizations.

About the Role

As a Senior Director within EY-Parthenon, you'll shape the strategic direction of high-impact consulting engagements across the health industry. You'll combine deep business acumen with execution discipline to solve complex challenges facing healthcare systems, providers, and organizations navigating today's rapidly evolving marketplace. Your leadership will span client strategy development, implementation roadmaps, and operational excellence initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end strategy consulting engagements for Fortune 500 and mid-market health sector clients
• Develop comprehensive growth and corporate strategy recommendations addressing competitive positioning, market expansion, and operational transformation
• Translate strategy into executable implementation plans with clear milestones, resource allocation, and performance metrics
• Build and mentor consulting teams while managing client relationships and managing engagement profitability
• Identify market opportunities and emerging trends within healthcare to inform client advisory
• Collaborate across EY's service lines to deliver integrated solutions combining strategy, digital, operations, and risk expertise

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of management consulting, healthcare strategy, or corporate development experience
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-million dollar strategy engagements from conception through successful outcomes
• Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, regulatory environments, and organizational transformation
• Exceptional business judgment and ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable strategies
• Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred)
• Track record of building and leading high-performing consulting teams
