Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the comprehensive operation, maintenance, and presentation of the Peck Slip, Manhattan office and related US facilities.

• Lead workplace safety, compliance, and emergency-preparedness programs across the site.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver a productive, well-supported environment for all staff.
• Manage building services, space planning, and continuous improvement of office operations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in facilities or corporate real estate management, ideally at a senior or vice-president level.
• Strong command of building operations, vendor oversight, budgeting, and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Manhattan and collaborate effectively across teams.
