Position Summary
KOKUBU SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. invites a seasoned regional executive to lead ASEAN operations from Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide), reporting directly to the Japan HQ. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of two Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) subsidiaries
- Drive M&A activities in ASEAN markets
- Strengthen existing joint ventures and partnerships
- Lead logistics DX initiatives to improve service quality and profitability
- Report directly to Japan HQ on regional performance and strategic direction
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the logistics industry, with a focus on ASEAN leadership roles
- A proven track record in large-scale investments and strategic planning
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and regulatory landscapes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
