Regional Director – West / PNW (CA/WA)

Oasis Security, which is transforming enterprise access management for the AI age, is seeking a Regional Director to lead sales expansion in the Western region, covering California, Washington, and the Pacific Northwest. This is a hands-on position for an executive sales leader prepared to directly manage enterprise accounts, recruit and develop sales staff, and build a scalable business in your territory.

Role Overview

Take the lead in growing Oasis Security's enterprise presence throughout the West. In this Regional Director role, you'll be responsible for revenue growth, team hiring and coaching, and personally engaging with significant enterprise opportunities. You're expected to bring hands-on sales acumen to the largest deals while simultaneously building systems and developing talent underneath you. This position requires someone who can establish processes and winning approaches in a region without pre-existing infrastructure.

Core Duties

• Recruit, train, and supervise a group of enterprise Account Executives
• Generate sales pipeline and capture new enterprise customers
• Personally manage negotiations and closure of major enterprise contracts
• Create playbooks and processes that define how your team operates
• Work across company departments to enable and accelerate sales
• Lead territory planning and customer acquisition strategies

Requirements

• Demonstrated success closing substantial enterprise-scale contracts
• Sales experience with enterprise security organizations and security leadership
• Background growing sales organizations in scaling or early-stage companies
• Able to create process and opportunity pipeline without relying on existing systems
• Experience recruiting, training, and leading sales teams
• Willingness to be measured on both team results and personal revenue production
