Regional Director of Operations – New Jersey

Xponential Fitness is hiring a Regional Director of Operations based in Jersey City, Hudson County, New Jersey. This is a full-time leadership position driving operational excellence across our dynamic portfolio of boutique fitness brands in the region.

About the Role

As Regional Director of Operations for Xponential Fitness in New Jersey, you'll lead the strategic growth and day-to-day success of our multi-brand franchise operations. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll oversee market expansion, franchisee performance, and brand consistency across our five specialized wellness verticals—Pilates, barre, stretching, strength-training, and yoga. Your focus will be building strong partnerships with franchisees, ensuring operational standards, and driving the mission to make boutique fitness accessible to our customers throughout the region.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support franchise partners across Jersey City and the surrounding Hudson County region to maximize unit economics and member satisfaction
• Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with company growth objectives
• Monitor key operational metrics, financial performance, and customer experience standards across all locations
• Build and manage the regional team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Identify and recruit new franchisees; guide them through onboarding and launch phases
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and class quality across the Pilates, barre, stretching, strength-training, and yoga concepts
• Act as the primary point of contact for franchisee concerns, providing mentorship and operational support
• Collaborate with marketing, member experience, and corporate teams to execute regional campaigns and initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record managing multi-unit fitness, wellness, or franchise operations
• Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and motivating franchisees and regional teams
• Strong understanding of boutique fitness industry trends and consumer wellness preferences
• Excellent financial acumen with ability to analyze P&Ls and drive profitability
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort navigating a fast-growing, publicly-traded company
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business operations, franchise management, or related field
