This full-time, on-site leadership position in Bratenahl, Cuyahoga County, places you at the center of an organization with more than five decades of community impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight and strategic vision for LMM's full slate of programs and safety-net services.
- Champion best practices in program design, delivery, and continuous improvement throughout Northeast Ohio.
- Develop innovative solutions that support individuals on their path to employment, housing, and self-sufficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and grow program teams to advance measurable, mission-aligned outcomes.
- Partner with senior leadership, community organizations, and stakeholders to extend the organization's reach and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience directing programs within a nonprofit, human services, or social-impact setting.
- Strong track record of building, scaling, and improving service-delivery programs.
- Demonstrated commitment to serving vulnerable populations and advancing community well-being.
- Excellent strategic planning, team development, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Availability to work on-site, full-time, in Bratenahl, Cuyahoga County.
