Affiliated Resources Group is hiring a Punch Technician for our Decatur, DeKalb County property management team. This is a full-time position supporting the maintenance and cleanliness of residential communities.
About the Role
The Punch Technician performs essential manual labor and custodial services that keep our residential properties functioning smoothly and welcoming for all residents. You'll handle a mix of general facility maintenance, janitorial work, grounds upkeep, and unit turnover preparation. This is hands-on work that directly impacts residents' experience and property standards.
What You'll Do
- Perform general manual labor and janitorial services across residential properties, office buildings, and common areas
- Execute turnover and make-ready cleaning for vacant units, preparing them for new residents
- Maintain grounds and exterior areas, including landscaping and seasonal upkeep
- Clean, sweep, mop, sanitize, and otherwise maintain assigned facility areas
- Complete work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment
- Deliver responsive, professional service to residents and staff
What We're Looking For
- Willingness to perform consistent physical labor in all weather conditions
- Familiarity with janitorial and grounds maintenance best practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Dependable, team-oriented work ethic
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
