Regional Director of Facilities

The Osborn Engineering Co seeks a Regional Director of Facilities to lead comprehensive facilities management operations in Bratenahl, Cuyahoga County. In this full-time leadership position, you'll oversee the physical infrastructure and operations that support one of the nation's most respected multi-discipline engineering firms.

About the Role

As Regional Director of Facilities at The Osborn Engineering Co, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of regional facilities operations. You'll develop and implement strategies to maintain safe, efficient, and well-equipped environments where our engineering and design teams can focus on delivering sophisticated, practical solutions to complex client challenges.

What You'll Do

• Direct day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, and capital planning
• Manage facilities budgets and control operational expenses
• Oversee compliance with safety, building, and environmental standards
• Lead the facilities team and manage vendor and contractor relationships
• Develop and execute strategic facilities improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to align facilities with operational needs
• Manage real estate matters, leases, and property-related decisions

What We're Looking For

• Proven facilities management experience with demonstrated success in a director-level or equivalent leadership role
• Strong understanding of facilities operations, maintenance, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Experience managing teams, vendors, and multi-location operations
• Knowledge of applicable safety codes, compliance requirements, and industry standards
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
