About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential communications consultancy in the Frankfurt am Main area. Our client specializes in helping organizations develop effective internal employee communication strategies across print and digital channels. This full-time Project Manager role offers the opportunity to work with prominent clients on complex HR and organizational communication initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships for the development of print and online communication solutions
• Lead end-to-end project management from initial client contact through briefing, proposal preparation, implementation, and success measurement
• Support strategy and creative concept development for internal communication campaigns
• Execute national and international projects for employee communications
• Contribute personal expertise, ideas, and knowledge to advance team capabilities and client outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Completed university degree, preferably in business administration or communication sciences
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position within HR or internal communications
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand client needs and build trusted relationships
• Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal accountability
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong quality awareness and deadline reliability
• Professional presence with diplomatic and service-oriented approach
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
• Enthusiasm for staying current with workplace trends and media developments
• Advantageous: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Miro
