Sr. Engagement Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering – LATAM

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data platform organization seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead their Forward Deployed Engineering initiatives across Latin America. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to account teams and customers, independently driving large-scale implementation programs that deliver measurable business value.

This is a strategic position requiring someone who can navigate complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex initiatives independently with multiple workstreams and diverse stakeholder groups across LATAM
• Drive full-cycle sales of Professional Services and Training programs, including standard and customized offerings
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts to meet revenue targets
• Partner with Sales and Go-To-Market teams to prioritize regional services targets aligned with growth objectives
• Monitor customer sentiment proactively and implement corrective actions to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Scope and execute Centers of Excellence implementations and platform migrations
• Manage escalations and ensure successful program delivery across your assigned accounts

What We're Looking For

• 7-10 years of experience running a Professional Services line of business
• 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles with demonstrated ability to influence and execute
• Deep understanding of Professional Services and Training offerings, including partner funding programs (Microsoft, AWS, Google)
• Strong technical knowledge of modern data platform architectures, competitive landscape, and migration strategies
• Proven track record managing large-scale program plans and service delivery initiatives
• Experience working across Latin America with cultural awareness and regional market understanding
• Ability to travel 25-50% as required across the region
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a strong plus
