Marketing Screening Team Lead

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the digital talent space, and our talent team is seeking a Marketing Screening Team Lead. You will be responsible for managing a digital marketing screening function, ensuring high-quality evaluations of marketing talent. This is a critical role that includes leadership, operational ownership, and process optimization.

In this position, you will:

• Lead and manage a screening team to achieve performance metrics and quality targets
• Minimize team turnover and maximize team member satisfaction through effective coaching and leadership
• Optimize team structure to support changes in supply, growth strategy, and capacity planning
• Plan, create, and release new team initiatives and process updates
• Work with subject matter experts to optimize tasks and screening step content
• Serve as an escalation point for disputes while monitoring, investigating, and remedying issues as they arise
• Lead the build-out of new specializations, including hiring the screeners needed to support them
• Create, manage, and maintain documentation that supports screening processes and procedures
• Provide guidance and feedback to analytics teams to improve reporting
• Monitor talent screening passing rates, activation speed, and other key metrics
• Support quality assurance efforts in evaluating screener performance during interactions with talent

This is a fully remote position available across LATAM. There is no visa sponsorship available.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in operational management, including managing projects, teams, and business workflows
• Experience working as a Marketing Generalist is required
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data-driven insights
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English, with ability to work across stakeholder levels from executives to individual contributors
• Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach—hyper-organized with ability to prioritize execution
• Outstanding team leadership and mentoring skills
• Resourceful and self-starting, thriving on freedom and accountability
• Adaptable, comfortable managing changing priorities and learning new skills
