Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential tax advisory firm in Berlin. This role focuses on sophisticated advisory work rather than routine compliance tasks. You will spend your time on complex, high-value client engagements in areas such as real estate taxation, corporate transactions, and restructuring. The client maintains a digital-first, paperless environment and actively seeks process improvements through automation.

Your day-to-day will include:

• In-depth client consultations on complex tax matters, developing tailored solutions through direct strategic dialogue
• Designing tax optimization strategies for domestic and international clients
• Handling sophisticated cross-border tax cases
• Preparing annual financial statements and tax returns
• Contributing to process digitalization and efficiency initiatives
• Optionally managing digital accounting workflows for select clients
• Additional projects aligned with your professional interests

What We're Looking For

We need a qualified Steuerfachangestellter, Steuerfachwirt, or Bilanzbuchhalter (all genders) who thrives in a modern, digitally advanced practice. The ideal candidate brings:

• Completed vocational training as a tax specialist, tax consultant, or certified accountant, ideally with several years of professional experience
• Strong working knowledge of DATEV and standard MS Office applications
• A forward-thinking mindset and enthusiasm for digital, contemporary workflows
• Solution-oriented, reliable, and independent working style
• Excellent teamwork skills—you prefer collaboration over competition
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• English proficiency is a plus but not required

Pay
