Casual Retail Assistant (NBA Store)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential sports retail organization seeking a Casual Retail Assistant for their London location. In this role, you will create exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor by greeting shoppers, making personalized product recommendations, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and store presentation.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers warmly and asking thoughtful questions to understand their needs and preferences
• Providing personalized product recommendations based on customer conversations and observations
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
• Maintaining rigorous standards for sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation
• Performing housekeeping and general store maintenance duties to ensure the environment meets brand standards
• Collaborating with fellow associates and management to maintain a cohesive, high-performing sales floor environment
• Building and developing deep product knowledge of inventory to better serve customers with informed recommendations
• Working extended hours on game days and during special events as required

• A team-first mindset with flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as directed
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability when navigating high-volume environments
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating memorable shopping experiences
