About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential sports retail organization seeking a Retail Supervisor for their Leeds location. This is an on-site role based at Trinity Leeds, where you'll lead front-line selling and deliver exceptional match day experiences for passionate fans.

As Retail Supervisor, you'll partner with the management team to drive sales results, coach associates, and ensure every customer interaction reflects world-class service standards. You'll use business metrics—including revenue targets, per cap, and UPT—to make data-driven decisions on the selling floor while maintaining operational excellence across all store functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team with daily store operations, coordinating selling, back of house, and customer service functions
• Lead customer engagement on the floor, modeling and coaching service standards that create memorable shopping experiences
• Drive sales results by executing sales and operations plans, meeting or exceeding financial targets including retail sales and profit
• Provide onboarding support and ongoing training to associates, building a high-performing, customer-first team culture
• Deliver timely, constructive feedback to associates based on observed performance and customer feedback
• Utilize business metrics to identify opportunities and make informed decisions that improve store performance
• Maintain stockroom organization and support back of house operations to ensure product availability
• Identify process improvements in operations to drive efficiency and readiness, particularly during high-pressure periods
• Ensure operational standards are met consistently with urgency and attention to detail
• Apply digital tools and data to inform decisions and enhance team productivity

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience at supervisor level, senior retail assistant, or above within a high-street or comparable retail environment
• High fashion background with merchandising experience and a strong eye for presentation and product placement
• Demonstrated experience delivering against customer-focused KPIs in a fast-paced retail or venue setting
• Working understanding of profit and loss, with the ability to utilize business metrics to influence floor decisions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to set clear expectations, provide meaningful feedback, and motivate a team
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to timescales
• Enthusiastic, positive, and committed team player with genuine hunger for personal and professional development
• Curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working
