Business Development Representative (DACH)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization that is transforming how modern businesses handle financial operations. Our client is experiencing rapid growth and needs a driven Business Development Representative to support their expansion in the DACH region, working from London.

This is not a traditional "book meetings forever" BDR position. You'll own outbound prospecting, generate qualified pipeline, and work closely with Account Executives while gaining exposure to the full sales cycle. Our client is committed to developing future AEs, offering genuine career progression for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn to reach Finance Leaders, CFOs, and C-suite executives
• Generate high-quality meetings that convert into revenue opportunities
• Create personalized, compelling outreach that drives genuine engagement and response rates
• Collaborate closely with experienced Account Executives to understand complex deal cycles
• Leverage AI and modern sales tools to maximize productivity and effectiveness
• Consistently achieve and exceed pipeline generation targets

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a SaaS BDR or 2-3 years in a high-performing outbound sales role
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and building consistent pipeline
• Genuine confidence on the phone with a positive attitude toward cold calling
• Curious, resilient, and competitive mindset
• Strong interest in startups, technology, and AI applications

Bonus experience:

• Previous sales experience targeting finance teams or selling fintech solutions
• Familiarity with enterprise financial software or ERP systems
• Active use of AI tools to enhance personal productivity
• Side projects, entrepreneurial ventures, or technology experiments
