Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential medical services organization seeking a dedicated team member for their 24/7 emergency call center in Reutlingen. In this role, you will:
- Provide initial telephone contact with people in emergency situations and their family members worldwide
- Plan and coordinate the care of hospitalized patients abroad
- Analyze situations and work with the team to develop optimal solutions
- Plan and coordinate necessary medical repatriations globally
- Handle inquiries from corporate clients including shipping companies, airlines, insurance providers, and international corporations
- Collaborate with the medical team to plan and coordinate complex patient transfers worldwide
What We're Looking For
Essential qualifications:
- Motivation and empathy to support people in emergency situations over the phone
- Willingness to work in shift patterns and on-call schedules
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
- Business-level English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred qualifications:
- Additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Italian
- Customer service experience
