Broker Partnership Manager – Thai Speaker

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization with a strong international presence in online trading and financial services. Our client is seeking a Broker Partnership Manager - Thai Speaker to join their Thailand team. This role offers the opportunity to build strategic partnerships across the financial sector while working with a forward-thinking organization committed to employee development and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the partner network across financial, trading, and educational sectors in Thailand
• Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships to increase user acquisition and trading activity
• Create and implement partnership strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring sustainable collaboration and measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute joint campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and educational events leveraging partner reach
• Monitor partner performance to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align partnership activities with sales objectives and optimize revenue growth
• Track and report partnership KPIs, analyze impact, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
• Support the development of training and enablement materials for partners to ensure brand alignment and effective communication

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field (advanced degree is a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or affiliate marketing, ideally in financial services, fintech, or brokerage in Thailand
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into actionable partnership strategies and creative initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills
• Results-driven with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Understanding of financial markets and products (stocks, ETFs, CFDs, commodities, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Analytical mindset able to interpret complex, multi-source data and adapt to rapid industry changes
• Self-starter thriving in fast-moving, experimental environments
• Proficient in English and Thai, both written and spoken, with ability to work in an international environment

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive base salary plus quarterly individual performance bonuses.
