Financial Analyst

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Financial Analyst to join their high-performing Finance team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to partner directly with operational leaders across Customer Success, Professional Services, and administrative functions in a fast-growing technology environment.

As a Financial Analyst, you'll serve as a dedicated finance partner, turning operational data into strategic insights that drive growth. You'll own critical retention and churn forecasting models, prepare executive-level reporting, and leverage modern FP&A platforms and AI tools to streamline workflows and accelerate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads on headcount management, monthly budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Maintain and own retention and churn forecasting models, ensuring data integrity in partnership with Revenue Operations and Order Management
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, analyzing financial results and communicating key operational trends to senior leadership
• Utilize modern FP&A planning platforms and AI tools to automate finance workflows and perform scenario modeling
• Execute ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analyses to evaluate operational risks and strategic business initiatives
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to support informed decision-making across the organization

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, Sales Operations, or quantitative financial analysis within high-growth tech or B2B SaaS environments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling
• Hands-on experience with modern FP&A platforms (Pigment preferred) and comfort using AI tools to drive analytical productivity
• Solid understanding of core SaaS post-sales business metrics including NRR, GRR, Churn, and ARR
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for effective interaction with business partners and executives
• High adaptability and problem-solving capabilities; comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
• Collaborative mindset with a team-first approach
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement
