About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential API infrastructure organization in their search for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager focused on Agent Identity & Authentication. This is a category-defining role at the intersection of AI infrastructure and enterprise security, based in London with EMEA scope.
As enterprises deploy production agentic systems, non-human actors require identity, authentication, and authorization frameworks that traditional IAM platforms weren't designed to handle. You'll own the technical narrative for how our client approaches this emerging challenge, shaping how the market understands agent identity and trust in autonomous systems.
Responsibilities
- Define positioning and messaging for agent identity and authentication capabilities across AI and API infrastructure
- Develop thought leadership content including blogs, technical whitepapers, and conference presentations that establish market perspective on non-human identity
- Lead technical enablement programs for Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and field technical roles
- Create demos, reference architectures, and technical documentation that help security and platform engineering teams evaluate solutions
- Serve as subject-matter expert in strategic sales conversations where agent identity is a critical decision factor
- Deliver technical positioning, proof points, and demo assets for product launches and campaigns
- Partner with product management to inform roadmap priorities based on market feedback and competitive intelligence
- Engage with industry analysts and participate in customer roundtables and keynote presentations
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in product marketing, product management, or solutions engineering, ideally at an Identity and Access Management (IAM) or AI Security company
- Hands-on interest in AI infrastructure including LLM deployment, agentic frameworks, Model Context Protocol, and AI governance
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for both technical practitioners and executive buyers
- Strong collaboration skills across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams
- Comfort with public speaking: keynote presentations, analyst briefings, and demo-heavy sessions
- Experience with open-source software, SaaS platforms, and enterprise go-to-market motions strongly preferred
- Familiarity with the AI connectivity landscape including API gateways, AI observability, vector databases, iPaaS, and agentic orchestration frameworks is a strong plus
