This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven individual who thrives on building customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions in a service-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services to residential and commercial customers
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and recommend appropriate service packages
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship management
• Provide long-term value to customers by understanding their unique pest control challenges
• Work from the Fairfield, Ohio branch location serving the greater Cincinnati area

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience, preferably in service-based industries
• Strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to team success
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
