About This Position

BANAMEX, Citi's premier banking subsidiary in Mexico, seeks a dedicated Volante Services professional to support operations across two key locations. You'll work in a dynamic, service-focused environment where flexibility, reliability, and operational excellence are essential. This role is critical to ensuring seamless banking operations and consistent customer support across both sites.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service and operational support to maintain service quality across both locations
• Process service requests and customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Coordinate activities between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo offices as operational needs require
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions and customer interactions
• Support team operations and contribute to a collaborative, productive work environment
• Respond to changing operational demands with flexibility and professional adaptability

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to thrive in a flexible or rotating role within a service-oriented banking environment
• Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial operations
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
• Customer service experience in financial services or a related professional field
• Reliability and flexibility in supporting operations across multiple locations
• Competency with computer systems and standard banking software
