About This Position

As Sr. Manager of Banamex Financial Solutions, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients. This role combines relationship management, product strategy, and operational excellence to deliver measurable business results in one of Mexico's most dynamic financial markets.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative financial solutions tailored to client needs
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in your assigned portfolio
• Manage relationships with key corporate and institutional clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities
• Oversee product development, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning within your solutions area
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic recommendations
• Build and mentor high-performing teams while maintaining strong governance and risk management standards
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment with Citi's strategic objectives

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a senior manager in financial services, investment banking, or related sectors
• Deep understanding of financial products, markets, and solutions relevant to corporate clients
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse, complex teams
• Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and delivering measurable results in competitive markets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities combined with strong business acumen
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus
