BANAMEX Analista de Soluciones IA

Citi seeks an AI Solutions Analyst to join our BANAMEX team in Ciudad De Mexico. In this full-time role, you'll design and implement intelligent solutions that transform banking operations and customer experiences.

About This Position

As an AI Solutions Analyst at BANAMEX, you'll bridge technology and business strategy, identifying opportunities where artificial intelligence can solve real banking challenges. Working within Citi's innovation framework, you'll translate client needs and internal processes into scalable AI implementations that drive efficiency and competitive advantage across our Mexico operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze banking workflows and business problems to identify artificial intelligence and machine learning opportunities
• Design solution architectures that integrate AI capabilities with existing BANAMEX systems and infrastructure
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and business teams to scope, develop, and deploy AI solutions
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies for applicability to Citi's banking services
• Document technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps for stakeholder approval
• Support testing, validation, and optimization of AI solutions before and after deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science fundamentals
• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, or solution design
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Fluency in Spanish and English; strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with financial services, banking systems, or enterprise technology environments preferred
