What This Role Involves

As a Banker at the C15 level, you are a trusted financial advisor and relationship manager for your client base. You identify and address client financial needs across Citi's full range of banking products and services, from deposits and credit facilities to wealth and treasury solutions. Your work spans prospecting, relationship development, and execution—you drive revenue growth through direct client interaction, consultative selling, and deep product knowledge. You operate with autonomy while collaborating across teams to serve clients effectively and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients, understanding their business objectives and financial strategies
• Identify opportunities to expand and cross-sell banking products, credit solutions, and advisory services
• Prepare and present banking proposals, conduct client pitches, and negotiate terms for financial solutions
• Monitor portfolio performance, ensure client satisfaction, and build long-term relationship value
• Work collaboratively with credit, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences
• Maintain compliance with Citi policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks
• Contribute to business development initiatives and market expansion in the Ciudad De Mexico region

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in banking, corporate finance, or client-facing financial services roles
• Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and client relationship management
• Strong knowledge of banking products, credit structures, and financial markets
• Fluency in Spanish and English; bilingual communication is essential for the Ciudad De Mexico market
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple relationships, meet targets, and work in a fast-paced environment
