Business Security Manager – Indonesia

Airasia is seeking a Business Security Manager for our Tangerang (RedHouse) location. This is a full-time position focused on strengthening security posture and managing enterprise risk across our operations in Indonesia.

About This Position

As Business Security Manager at Airasia in Tangerang (RedHouse), you will drive the development and execution of comprehensive security strategies that protect our organization's assets, reputation, and operations. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, requiring someone who can assess emerging threats, design effective controls, and build a culture of security awareness across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify gaps in current protective measures
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with organizational objectives
• Lead incident response efforts and investigations into security breaches or anomalies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations
• Design and deliver security awareness and training programs for staff at all levels
• Monitor emerging security threats and recommend mitigation strategies to senior leadership
• Maintain documentation of security incidents, audits, and control effectiveness

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security management, risk assessment, or related field
• Strong knowledge of information security principles, threat landscapes, and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Professional certification in security, risk management, or business continuity (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience working in a regulated or compliance-sensitive environment
• Fluency in English and Indonesian
