Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate analytical findings to stakeholders and leadership
• Support the design and deployment of analytical frameworks and business intelligence systems
• Work across functions to gather requirements and deliver actionable, data-driven insights
• Track and evaluate key performance indicators and business metrics against strategic objectives
• Contribute to risk assessment, compliance review, and operational efficiency evaluations

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proficiency in data analysis methods and tools
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or similar analytical roles
• Technical proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and analytics platforms
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within collaborative team environments
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline (or equivalent professional background)
