About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Power BI Analyst/Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that drive informed decision-making across our organisation. In this role, you'll work with enterprise data to create compelling dashboards, develop analytical models, and deliver technical solutions that support business objectives. Your expertise in data visualisation and business analytics will be central to how we leverage information for competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytical applications tailored to business requirements
• Manage data integration, transformation, and modelling using SQL and other data technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Optimise dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Document technical specifications and maintain best practices for BI development
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for existing analytics solutions

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Strong understanding of data structures, SQL, and database design
• Experience with data modelling and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
