About the Role

This customer service position offers the opportunity to be the voice of Agilent, supporting clients across multiple channels and touchpoints. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute directly to customer satisfaction and retention. Based in our India-Manesar location, you'll work with a collaborative team committed to delivering responsive, professional support to customers worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and courteous manner
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer management systems
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management
• Support product knowledge and answer technical questions with accuracy
• Maintain professionalism whilst building rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service or related support role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to remain calm and patient when handling difficult customer interactions
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and computer applications
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
